Interim Affiliate Marketing Specialist, London

The Affiliate Marketing Specialist is responsible for day to day effective management and direction of all affiliate activity for Feelunique globally and reports into the Head of Performance Marketing.

The role has budget and performance responsibility for a wide range of affiliate partners to optimize & grow transaction volumes across all Feelunique products and optimize toward ROI. The role has a global responsibility covering all domestic and international markets where Feelunique operates, including UK, USA, pan-European and many more.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the affiliate marketing strategy which delivers the revenue & budgeted spend in line with targets
• Day to day management of affiliate programs via partner network/s
• Help grow YOY revenue for the affiliate marketing channel
• Build and maintain a strong relationships with external agencies
• Deliver weekly and monthly progress, activity, commission, and revenue reports
• Plan and book promotional activity, which is in line with our trading calendar, with all major affiliate marketing partners
• Forecast ROI and activity for all affiliate partners – both new and existing
• Collaborate with the design team to create marketing material which supports the affiliate activity
• Keep affiliates up to date with new products / brand launches, industry news / trends as well as keeping up to date with the latest affiliate marketing trends
• Manage the affiliate commissions and follow the invoicing procedures
• Work with both the Head of Performance Marketing and Head of International Marketing to review performance against targets and share learnings with the wider team
• Monitor competitor activity and check all our offers are displaying as expected.

Skills / Qualifications:

• 3 year+ experience in affiliate marketing, desirably from a retail or consumer background
• Passionate about digital marketing and is committed to developing a career in performance marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting and reporting
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong analytical experience with ability to deliver insights.
• A proactive and creative attitude to their work with strong problem-solving skills
• Confident with numbers who is able to optimise the best ROI for the business
• Ability to work independently and set your own targets.
• Team player, understands the big picture and how company-wide decisions or issues impact his/her area of responsibility.
