Your Mission:

As a Make-up Artist you will create a memorable experience for our customers by ensuring excellent interaction while offering elevated make-up services in accordance with our DNA and meeting the objectives set by the Store Manager/Director.
• You will assist and guide clients on the most appropriate range of products and techniques to use, according to their needs, skin and face features.
• You will support your store team in explaining and demonstrating new products, trends and any specific make-up application.
• You will demonstrate elevated service/selling skills to deliver high level make-up services while educating the client.
• You will manage consultation time effectively, build the relationship and share tips to elevate the customer’s experience.
• You will teach clients how to recreate makeup routine at home.
• You will support training of the team and share product and brand knowledge.
• You will educate the store team on make-up services.

Your profile:

You are dynamic, enthusiastic, responsive, attentive to the details that make the difference, endowed with an unparalleled sense of customer service, you like to work in a team, you are business oriented and experience real satisfaction in transforming customer advice into sales?

Also:

• You have at least three years experience as a Make-Up Artist
• You have a strong passion for make-up and you like being creative and having fun with it, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• You enjoy coaching others and sharing your passion and make-up knowledge.
• You have excellent communication & empathic skills.
• You speak English fluently (any other language would be a plus).
