Brexit Update

There is no change to how you shop since the introduction of Brexit.  All our orders to EU countries will be delivered duty paid (DDP) for order below 150€ and there will be no additional customs fees for you to pay for orders fulfilled by Feelunique.

Express delivery 

Please note that Pre-orders are excluded from Express delivery. Please note Import tax may be levied on order over €150.00 using Express shipping destined to some EU countries. We recommend you check with your local customs office for more details. 

Please note:

Some of our products are classed as dangerous goods by IATA. This will impact our ability to deliver to certain destinations and use certain delivery methods. The delivery options available for your order will be able to be selected when you checkout.

Delivery timescales are estimated and could be affected if your parcel is very heavy or delayed by Customs entry procedures. To find out more about Customs/VAT please click here.

We will not accept liability for lost orders if you select for your parcel to be left in a safe place or use a forwarding shipping company. We will only consider claims for lost items sent 10 working days after the latest due date.
