*Next Day Delivery
Next day
delivery is only available to Mainland UK and orders arrive the next day when
placed by 6pm Sunday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Next day delivery will
not be offered at checkout for any excluded areas such as Northern Ireland,
Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scottish Lowlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly,
and a number of England/Scotland Border postcodes.
Pre-orders and Subscribe Me are
excluded from Next Day delivery and Next Day Click & Collect services

Claims will
be considered for lost items sent 10 working days after the latest due date for
standard tracked delivery.
We will not
accept liability for lost orders if you select for your parcel to be left in a
safe place or with a neighbour. Sephora UK is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen package claims of
orders addressed to a parcel forwarding company. Sephora UK is under no obligation to offer replacements or refunds for orders
or items that are reported missing.
