Use Anastasia Beverly Hills Lip Primer to prevent pigment from fading, flaking, or feathering. Wear alone or as a basecoat under lip color. Can be used as a nightly conditioning treatment.
Directions
Suggested Usage:
-Apply as a basecoat before Liquid Lipstick or Lip Gloss, or use it as a conditioning treatment on its own.
Precautions:
-Store in a cool, dry place.

It’s expensive chapstick
I love ABH, I totally bought into the matte liquid lip craze, and it was starting to dry me out, so I figured I’d give this a shot. But for the price, it’s just a glorified chapstick. Literally just putting Chapstick brand under your lipstick will do the same thing. Don’t waste your money.
