Work a small amount through dry hair, then create style and detail with fingers.

Great for that just out of bed fix

I found this to be great for use on both dry and damp hair, and gives you great control and ability to style and shape instantly. Feels a little greasy but that seems to wear off as the day goes on, but still giving you strong ability to restyle through the day.
