Great product, poor packaging
I love this product. It is super comfortable to use, smells amazing and looks just marvellous. However there is a big problem with the closing, it breaks very easily (even with the first use) and it does not hold. It is very unfortunate.

Under valued star product
I love this product, it's the third one I've purchased in a year as I wear it everyday. It is moisturising on my lips and the colour is still definitely pillow talk even though it is less 'strong' than the lipstick, it gives colour and gloss without the need for several products. It doesn't have super staying power as I apply after eating, but I wouldn't expect a product of this consistency to last all day with one application.
Whenever I search for lip products I always have to flick through several pages before I see this it, and it's really rare to find it on beauty sites which is such a shame as it's a make up staple of mine. If you are on the fence, just go for it!

Cap Doesn't Fit On
After only a week or so of using this the cap no longer secures to the base. I've been carrying it around with paper tape to keep it closed, but honestly may give up bc it's so annoying. Same thing happened to my mother's which I gifted her for Christmas, embarrassing. The only other Charlotte product I have is a brush that is losing it's bristles after only using since September. Very disappointing bc when the products work I love them, but can no longer justify the cost :(
