Directions
Start at lash roots, wiggling brush to lash tips.
Repeat to build. For lower lashes, hold wand vertically.
Clinique's innovative thermal technology helps it stay put for 24 hours-and is easy to remove.
Use fingertips to splash warm water (bath temperature is ideal) on lashes several times and press gently.
Or, wet a cotton pad with warm water, press to eye, then wipe away.
Not recommended for use with Lash Building Primer.

Highly recommended
I opted for the Dark Chocolate mascara and it was an absolutely perfect choice. The colour looks elegant and tasteful, however it doesn't stand out too much as the difference between the black one is discreet what I find very beneficial. Very handy little brush reaches even the tiniest eyelashes which gives lovely effect, making the eyelashes longer and thicker but in a quite natural way. It's definitely an exceptional product, I'm very satisfied with it.

Dry and flaky
I used Naturally Glossy mascara for many years and was very disappointed when it was discontinued. I chatted on line and this was recommended as a replacement however from the start it made my lashes very dry and bitty. Such a shame as I love Clinique products.

Makes my eyes sore
I bought this on recommendation as a replacement for naturally glossy, which i used for many years. I have been dreading trying something else because my eyes r sensitive. Unfortunately it doesnt appear its for me as my eyes feel sore with it on. Will give it another go but so far not promising

Drying and clumpy
Recommended to try this as a replacement for the discontinued Naturally Glossy Mascara. Makes my eyelashes feel crispy and dry. Please bring back Naturally Glossy not everyone wants the false lash look. It's the only thing I could use for my dry eyes and was silky and fresh looking. I will not be buying again . Used my Boots advantage points so probably can't return . Very disappointed

Zero smudge
I have sensitive & watery eyes and this is the only mascara I have tried that doesn't smudge or leave me with panda eyes. I've tried many others and this is still the best one by far

Simply the Best!
I've been using this mascara since 2006, it coats lashes individually and can be built up for a more dramatic look. Drying in between coats is recommended for a better effect. Not only does it last all day but it doesn't smudge or flake and is so easy to remove with warm water on a cotton pad or comes off just in the shower. I can have sensitive eyes at times and with this mascara there is no irritation! It's simply the best and I hope it's never discontinued!

Awful brush and didn't cover lashes well
Brush is awful and mascara didn't cover well and clumped. I'm so disappointed tbh Only plus is it's stay fast

So disappointed after using for years
This has been my go to mascara for years and years but they must have changed the formula as the last two mascaras have been extremely difficult to remove. It used to slide off with warm water but I'm not having to wash my face repeated to remove it from across my face. Bring back they old version!
