Directions
Easily apply with a brush, puff or sponge by pressing into the mesh window, then target oily T-zone in the center of the face using a pressing motion.
- Use under foundation as a matte blurring powder primer.
- Use over foundation to set and finish makeup.
- Apply with a dampened sponge for a fuller coverage application.
