Ideal for massage pre and post exercise. Massage into legs with upward movements. For arms, neck and shoulders, work in circular motions. Prior to application massage tube between palms to help warm and soften product.

Beautiful product but not a happy bunny
The product itself is beautiful. I have no complaints there, what I do have an issue with is that I lost quite a bit off product. Did as instructed and rolled the bottle to warm it up, opened the lid nothing would come out. Gave it a harder squeeze and it came shooting out everywhere. I was pretty upset as it’s such a lovely product that’s essentially been gone to waste.

Another excellent Espa product
This is brilliant not just after exercise but also post surgery, once wounds have healed of course, to help muscles and joints affected. So for instance I had major surgery in the thoracic region and I’ve used this on my shoulder and neck which have both been affected because I haven’t been moving those joints as I would normally do. Application is easy as it just melts into the skin and the bonus is it smells divine.
