Product Description

What it is:

This bestselling finishing powder is the ultimate complexion filter that blurs, smooths and perfects skin for a soft-focus finish. Formulated with micron-size, colour correcting particles, each powder captures and diffuses harsh light to reveal a healthy glow from within. Designed to be the last step in your complexion routine to give skin an instant photo-filter finish.

What it does:

- Each powder performs like a real life photo-filter by giving skin natural luminosity, blurring the appearance of skin imperfections, pores and fine lines

- The ultimate skin saviour, this all over powder revives dull, lacklustre skin by providing a subtle, soft-focus glow even in harsh, unforgiving light

- Formulated with “Photoluminescent Technology” – micron-size, colour-correcting particles that diffuse harsh surrounding light and create transparent coverage to emulate a youthful radiance

- Talc-free formula transforms the complexion by creating a smooth, even canvas in preparation for bronzer, blush and highlighter.

Directions

- This is not a highlighter. This is a finishing powder that is to be used as the last step in your complexion routine (after foundation, concealer and setting powder)

- Use the Ambient™ Powder Brush and dust Ambient™ Lighting Powder all over the face

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dim Light The shade dim light is the perfect colour for my light neutral skintone (I'm usually a 2N in foundation). I use it as a finishing powder rather than as a setting powder and I buff it all over my skin after I have finished my makeup. It gives the skin a lovely satiny finish which is very natural with no glitter whatsoever

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not worth the money Leaves sort of a white cast and doesn’t really set my makeup. Even though I apply a light layer of foundation it somehow makes it look cakey. So not worth the money

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Expensive but worth it Thisnis a new product for me, I tried a sample in spaceNK but they didnt have my shade in stock. This leaves my skin feeling amazing, just soft not dry and powdery. It leaves a lovely glow and your barely need to use any of it so although its an expensive outlay it will last for ages

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lit from within glow from Hourglass As previously reviewed on a similar Hourglass ambient lighting powder, this is a very delicate and natural glow that gives a gentle luminescence to the skin. Top quality products with each shade and variation looking amazing on my skin which is quite fair and when I have a light tan, the shades still look stunning. These products are the best of their kind and I own several of the various shades.

I am nc25 in mac . 190 in fenty beauty foundation . I would say I am a light to medium skin tone with a neutral undertone . Which powder would you recommend?

Asked by: Sabrina
I think any of these 2 would suits your complexion. Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder in dim light if you're looking for something with neutral undertone or Radiant light if you prefer something more warm toned.

I wear 1N2 Ecru in double wear and nw15 in Mac studio fix (though both are probably a tiny bit dark for me) Mont Blanc in nars is too pale. Which shade would you recommend in this to lift a dull complexion/finish please? Thanks!

Asked by: Rachel
Hi, Thanks for reaching out to us. All the shades of the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder are designed to be used on all skin complexions and undertones, depending on the look you want to create, however, if you're looking fora shade that will create a natural glow rather than a stand out highlight, I would recommend using any of the shades listed below: Dim Light, Radiant Light, Luminous Light If you would like to see the swatches, please contact us on beautyexperts@feelunique.com. I hope this helps! Thanks, Chloe - Beauty Expert

I have fair skin with pink/cool undertones, which would be the best shade match for me?

Asked by: Ellie
Hi, The shade Ethereal Light in the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder is suited for cool skin tones. This product is not a highlighter. This is a finishing powder that is to be used as the last step in your complexion routine (after foundation, concealer and setting powder). Thanks Katie, Beauty Expert.
