Directions

Soft scent, a favorite
This scent is soft, so you need a lot of reeds. The pillow mist is the best! Shelina is a wonderful salesperson. Thoughtful & attentive. Knows the product, genuinely passionate in what she does

CAREFUL WHERE YOU PLACE IT
I bought this as an accent for my console table Christmas decor. I have at least nine other Jo Malone diffuser bottles (as well as a selection from Molton Brown - all with no other issues and/or concerns). I placed the reeds inside the bottle - as normal, and positioned it on my hall console table. It looked quite beautiful, the white decor accented with the dark blue - almost black, Jo Malone diffuser oil bottle. Not more than 20+ minutes later I was going to answer the doorbell when I noticed a huge white ring around the bottle on my console table. I quickly touched the bottle - which was stuck to my console table at this point. The oil was filled to the brim and had leaked AFTER the weight of the reeds had been placed into the bottle. The bottle leaked all over my very expensive console table and stipped it bare. I contacted Jo Malone - with photos and asked for a supervisor callback. I was advised - more or less, 'how unfortunate - but not our problem' I am in the process of discussing the matter with Jo Malone corporate office. Please be very aware of WHERE you place this particular diffuser bottle. All other oils I have from Jo Malone are never filled to the brim with oil (quite the opposite) - yet this one was practically overflowing, and the dark blue glass prevents anyone from seeing the interior of the bottle itself.

Amazing scent for most ANY room!
I got this as a gift, along with the matching candle and pillow mist. (I have bought many Lavender & Moonflower candles and another bottle of the pillow mist since getting my diffuser.) Honestly, I did not think the diffuser would work well in my medium-sized bedroom, but it actually did! The smell is amazing--not too strong but not too light. Also, it is a nice, but. yet different, variation of a lavender scent. It is one-of-a-kind. Would highly recommend.

Worth the money
I keep this in my office and WOW does it smell amazing. I am not one to spend money on things like this but when I smelled it, it reminded me of an expensive hotel vibe and I had to have it. I hope this one makes it to the permanent collection.

Gorgeous scent
I decided to treat myself to this to add a special touch to my bedroom, and I'm so glad I did. It may be a considered purchase as other brands are cheaper, but it's a luxury product and it's so worth spending a little extra for. This new fragrance is wonderful - so relaxing! You can smell the lavender in it, but it's not at all old fashioned and it's not the kind of fragrance you'd get bored of easily. I'll definitely be purchasing this again - Ive placed it on my dressing table and I get wafts of fragrance when I do my morning and evening skincare - adds a little extra luxury to my day!
