Directions
Spray John Frieda Frizz Ease 3-Day Straight Semi-Permanent Styling Spray throughout damp or wet hair, NOT on dry hair. Start with 10-15 sprays. Use more or less, depending on hair length and thickness.
Step 1: Wash & condition with Frizz Ease Smooth Start Shampoo and Conditioner.
Step 2: Spray John Frieda Frizz Ease 3-Day Straight Semi-Permanent Styling Spray on wet hair.
Step 3: Blow Dry.
Step 4: Straighten with hair straighteners.
Days 2 & 3: No need to wash, just touch-up with hair straighteners if desired.
CAUTION: Avoid spraying in eyes. If this occurs, rinse thoroughly with water immediately. Use only as directed. Keep out of reach of children.

Amazing results on damaged bleached hair
I don't usually review products but this is incredible! I have bleached my hair for 25 years and it is so damaged I don't want to keep straightening it. Used this for the 1st time Friday, it's now Sumday and not only is my hair still straight (not frizzy like it would usually be) but it looks healthy and shiny like I've been to the salon! Thought it was a bit expensive in the shop but now I see why it's worth paying a bit extra.

New version does not work
The old version of this, in the gray silver bottle worked great. I used it for 8 years and my hair stayed straight and smooth no matter what. The new version in the purple and black bottle is not the same and doesn't work at all like the old one. If you compare the labels, the box for the old formula lists keratin as the 3rd ingredient, while the new bottle lists keratin 14th. No wonder it doesn't work. This is so deceptive, as both are called Frizz Ease 3 day straight flat iron spray. Shame on you John Frieda!

Still good - but heat protection??
I have been using this product for years and it really does keep my hair smooth and straight for at least three days. However, in the last 6 months or so the packaging changed and it no longer says it gives heat protection. My hair has become very split in the last few months, despite getting it trimmed, and I’m wondering whether the product still gives heat protection.

Amazing product
I have got very frizzy unruly hair which usually is back to lioness by the end of the day. I used this product and my hair stayed straight for 3 days no need to style everyday. I was so impressed and I can’t believe I never knew about it sooner.
