Good Product For A Starter Vitamin-C
I have worked as an esthetician for years and the beauty field for even longer, I have tried many different vitamin C serums some fell short from what they claimed to provide for the skin and I do like this one, I will say it’s not my absolute favorite however it’s nice.Some reasons why I liked it was it was a very silky texture and felt soft on the skin. The lactic acid helped smooth out my skin texture overall and the vitamin C gave me a glowy look to the skin.Some reasons I didn’t like it was the smell wasn’t great, kinda sticky like lots of other vitamin C products and I don’t think it drastically changed my skin , more subtle changes.My favorite thing about it probably was the multifunctional benefits from one single product which is nice.Overall, in my experience good not great.Attached is a photo of how it looks on my skin with some layered makeup.

Velocity serum
Unreal! 20% encapsulated vitamin c is something I learned the importance of when using this product. Activated by the sun, this vitamin c protects the skin and works to address hyperpigmentation (sun damage) and scars left behind from acne. This is a brightening product that is set apart from other vitamin c products I have used in my 17 years as a medieval aesthetician. The product works best on clean skin, followed by moisturizer and then sunscreen. Kay Burlington velocity serum is formulated with a little bit of lactic acid, which helps with congested skin (blackheads) and also to allow for this product and others to penetrate deeper into the skin where these active ingredients can really do some good work. My skin felt warm and plump after using the first few days, and by the second week of using this daily I noticed that my skin looked brighter overall and wasn’t dull and dry feeling.

C20 velocity serum
As a skincare specialist of over 20 years and licensed esthetician, I have tried quite a few Vitamin C products. I discovered this Kat Burki C20 velocity serum just when I was running low on my previous brightening serum so thought I would give it a try. In the past I have only found this concentration of Vitamin C while working with medical aesthetics brands and I have had some sensitivity to them, so I started slow just in case - I didn’t have any sensitivity which I am sure is due to the encapsulation. This also has lactic acid so perfect for surface smoothing while brightening. The calming and hydration ingredients are always amazing additions for my skin, and the aroma of this serum is incredible! I look forward to using this every morning after cleansing, toning, and just before my moisturizing sunscreen. When I traveled to a dry climate I did add in a moisturizer after this, but this is a beautiful, multitasking addition to my daily routine to target my anti-aging and brightening needs!

One of my new favorites!
I am Jen, a former retail beauty consultant of several years and now beauty content creator specializing in skincare. The C20 Velocity Serum from Kat Burki is the most refreshing product that I have tried in a long time! I have been out in the sun a little more than usual as of late and my skin has not been happy with me. Among the many benefits of the C20 Velocity Serum are that it reduces inflammation. I definitely realized this benefit immediately. My normally dull skin reacted so well to this serum. My skin feels refreshed, cooled, firm and hydrated with this serum. I would say that this is definitely my favorite Kat Burki product that I have tried to date! As someone who has experienced so many serums in my time, I would have to say this is among the best.
