Directions
Wet face and work Kiehl's Facial Fuel Energizing Face Wash into a lather. Massage onto skin in an upward and outward motion, avoiding the immediate eye area. Rinse well and follow with a moisturiser, if desired. May be used both AM and PM.

Please change it back!
Have been using this for years. Like others, I have to share my displeasure at the change in formula. The new scent is ok, although it has a bit too much citrus perhaps. However, it is clearly watered down and does not lather as well as it previously did. So disappointed in this change. It just reeks of cost cutting and not something you would expect from a quality brand. Will definitely search for an alternative. Thankfully you were sold out of 1litre bottles, so I only wasted money on a 250ml.

Why did you change the formula?!?
I have been using Facial Fuel face wash for years and absolutely loved it but the last bottle I bought left me so disappointed. The formula change is a big mistake. It no longer lathers well, it smells like washing up liquid and it leaves my face feeling unwashed! The original was amazing, the new stuff is rubbish. Kiehl’s - pls listen to the reviews and change it back!!

Hate it!
Have been using this face wash for many years and loved it. However new formula makes my skin react badly and i look like I have sun burn after using it.
So disappointed! Sorry you have lost a customer as i can no longer use your products.

Somethings changed
It takes me a while to find something that works. I had trusted the Kiehl’s brand for years. But the Facial Fuel has been changed. It’s no longer a fresh non chemical smell. No more lathering. Plus my skin is itchy. Quite disappointed. I’ve had to change to another brand.
Why change something that works?

What on earth has happened to this product ?
Purchased a new bottle of face wash last week, after being a loyal customer for over 10 years. So disappointed and convinced the formula/recipe has changed ? Smells different, feel different & does not lather ….. so sad, as the face wash used to be the best on the market. Will have to find an alternative in the future…. One very bad corporate decision ……!

Best in the market!
I’ve used this face wash for a couple of years now and having struggled with acne and oily skin in the past, this is by far the best face wash on the market. Prevents breakouts, softens skin and makes my face feel refreshed. Highly recommend.
