Great for ageing skin
Since using this serum I have noticed less fine lines and wrinkles. My skin is more hydrated giving it a dewy finish, and it feels so much smoother too. This is a concentrated serum high in vitamin B3 , and the gradual release of retinol helps to stimulate collagen production which helps to make my complexion healthier and more radiant.

First time using any sort of retinol. Prior to this product I only ever used Niacinamide + zinc serum and a different moisturiser for the day and night after a CeraVe cleanser for my oily skin. It worked really well but after adding this product to my night-time routine (remove the niacinamide + zinc) I’ve been getting random compliments from people like my barber who sees me every 2-3 weeks and even from my Mum! They’ve definitely noticed the difference more than I have.
I initially started using this every night (3 drops on the face and neck and any leftover on back of hands) but found it caused some dryness on my face which very quickly disappeared once I reduced the frequency to once every two to three days and worked it back up to every day. This is a really good starter retinol product @ 0.3% strength with niacinamide but it’s getting rather expensive lately. However I found one bottle has lasted me maybe 5-6 months if not more so if you can get it for a good price the value is excellent

Certainly still having a positive effect on my very mature skin, been using it since it first came out and wouldn’t be without it. I use it every night, no issues with constant use along with the two other Posey preparation I alternate for day time use, looking better than I could have imagined at my advanced age.

Is this product oil based/oil serum?
It does feel like a smooth oil on application ,but sinks in to matte finish almost immediately ,it’s lovely

Does retinol reduce th appearance of freckles?
It certainly refines the skin. I have freckles which have faded as I have matured but I don't think any cosmetic product are responsible for that. Might be better using a good facial sunscreen to prevent you getting more freckles. However, I think freckles are youthful and lovely!
