Arctic Hydra Care Moisture & Relief Rich Oleo-Serum helps revitalise & comfort dehydrated or skin prone to extreme dryness. This formula contains soothing Nordic bilberry, oat and canola oils combined with a moisture-locking Beta complex helps restore skin’s moisture levels for a lasting and intense re-hydration and relief from feeling of tightness. It provides thermal stress-protection against dehydration caused by temperature changes to reduce the appearance of dryness-induced redness. Suitable for dry and sensitive skin. Fragrance-free.
Directions
Shake well and apply to face and neck after cleansing, before Arctic Hydra Care Day Cream. Apply 30 minutes before going outdoors.
