Directions
How to use :
On eyes & lips
- Put one pump of product on a reusable cotton pad and apply it on one eye, hold it still for a few seconds and swipe to remove
- Repeat the process for the other eye and lips

Disappointed
I used the Sens eyes for years and I’m very disappointed on this new formula. Does not work the same, it does not work for waterproof mascara, will have to look for a different product.

I’m puzzled as to why you’ve altered a formula that was arguably the best on the market. As a business owner, I would think providing the highest quality product to your customers would be a top priority. If you feel the need to keep this new, more natural version for those who prefer it, that’s understandable. However, for those of us who value effectiveness, I strongly urge you to reconsider your decision before your customers turn to other brands in search of better alternatives.

Terrible new formula :(
This new formula is awful! I can tell it’s oil based because it bothers my eyes all day after using. It creeps in and burns hours after using. What was wrong with the other formula? Nothing! It was perfect. I had been using it for 10+ years. If it ain’t broke, don’t try to fix it MUFA. Now forced to hunt elsewhere for a new remover that used to be as good as this one once was.

I really anted to like it…
This is my first time purchasing eye make up remover, I didn’t know what to expect. The reviews I read had indicated this formula recently changed and wasn’t as good. I use a very difficult to remove eyeliner and needed something that would help remove it. I have to use a LOT of this product and I have to smother my eyes with it and let it sit before it will start to remove the eyeliner. And I have to really work at it to get the eyeliner off. It gets the job done…. Eventually

I can't comprehend why you discontinued Sens eyes that worked great, and replaced it with this mediocre makeup remover? WHY ?

Love it!
Love it! Works great and way burns less than the original formula. I do miss the light green color of the cream though. It was easier to see how much I had on my cotton rounds.
