Loved the smell!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had never tried Montblanc Explorer Platinum before and I'm so glad I got to it for this review.
I generally LOVE fragrances. I have loved great smells from childhood (still remember smelling flowers and intensely enjoying it). However, I have a very narrow-accepting taste when it comes to fragrances. I have only a handful of fragrances that I continually use and intensely like al of them.
I'm so glad that Montblanc Explorer Platinum has been added to those. It has a mix of aromatic and woody as dominant notes and lasted for a long time. I could still smell it after 10+ hours of application.
Overall, I highly recommend it!

Great Scent

I like it because it gives me just enough fresh and clean smell with a hint of wood. I have received many compliments and it will definitely last a long time because you only need and little and it last all day.

I love the scent of it and get a lot of compliments ..including my wife who can't stop smelling me when I wear it . It has an amazing sweet scent that really is not too strong or too light. I love the smell of it.

It’s woody and long lasting sage and violet notes are sophisticated and elegant for my everyday lifestyle. I recommended to a few friends of mine that if they were looking for a new fragrance for fall this would be an amazing choice. My wife enjoyed the scent and bragged on how masculine I smelled! I’m definitely going to purchase another bottle of cologne from MontBlanc’s cologne collection.

New & Fresh!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fresh. Clean. Invigorating. Upon the initial smell, Explorer is clean and crisp. It smells like you have just stepped out of the shower. It’s aromatic but also slightly aquatic. I would wear this in spring and summer mostly but I’d be daring and wear it in the winter also. It reminds me of another fragrance until the top notes fade. Once that happens, it’s true identity starts to shine. The freshness of the sage composes well with the top and base notes. Silage is good, on my skin. It lasts about 5 hours. It’s sophisticated and if worn lightly, I think a woman could pull this off too.

Great fragrance
