Not too harsh on skin

I was very nervous it would dry out my skin or make it too sensitive to sunlight, however it actually makes my skin feel great! I use it in combination with the coconut body wash. Suds up well, and does not leave any grim on your skin after.

It has helped me dry skin drastically from my hard well water! I've used it on my face, yes! I've washed my hair with it, YES!
BODY: itchiness on my skin after shower, gone! Cleared up what little back/shoulder acne I had! Exfoliates my dry skin & gets all the dead skin cells off. I lather up head to toe out of the water and let it set on me for like a minute or so then I get washing all over and my skin immediately feels transformed while washing.
FACE: I don't do this regularly, but sometimes if feeling dull, I'll use a lil on my forehead, cheeks, nose, chin & neck. It helps.
HAIR: I do like to wash my hair with this sometimes. It gets oils, build-up, product & dandruff off your scalp and out of your hair. I like to use it in place of a clarifying shampoo since it's right there, it works amazingly and I don't have to buy and have multiple bottles for different needs. My hair feels beautiful & lightweight when I'm done and I don't even use conditioner afterwards. My hair is right above my shoulders in a angled bob, so not that much hair to wash to begin with.
OVERALL: This and the citrus body wash have helped my skin turn around from dry, itchy, scaly feeling (on legs) to soft, touchable itch free skin I can show off and be proud of. Feels good in the shower while washing too. It gets rid of acne, and the only oil part of me is my forehead and it has help regulate my oiliness on my forehead.
