The best eye primer

Like the product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this as a primer before the liquid shadow. Both are easy to use with my fingers then dries quickly and stays all day. I did think it gave a bit of brightness by itself before I added the shadow. The combo gave me 16+ hours of wear.
