Directions

It’s okay
Smells nice and is a moisturiser but unfortunately I have been yet to find it helps me sleep or helps with restless legs which is why I bought it.

So soothing!
Feels lovely and the smell is so soothing. I use it after my shower and the smell lasts all day. I also use it to massage my knees and I can feel the benefit after just a week.

Luxury magnesium body butter!
Would not be with out this product, leaves ones skin feeling fabulous and because of the magnesium in it, it’s relaxing and prevents and cramping of the legs and feet! Highly recommend as I’ve been using this since it came out, I regard it as a necessity!
