Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a good product I purchased this and do not like it at all. It does not create any suds and leaves hair feeling weighted down and dirty. I have to rewash my hair after using it. Total waste of money.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Purple fingers is not cute My hair is dirty blonde with lighter blonde babylights. I don’t think this shampoo has made a difference on the tone of my hair, but it does dye my hands and cuticles purple every time I use it! I have used OLAPLEX products for years, but I won’t be buying this one again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Shocking I brought this product and it turned my hair purple, not just a slight tinge but bright purple. DO NOT leave on for anything length of time. It says 1-3 minutes on the bottle, but I put it on and washed it off straight away and boom bright purple hair :((

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly what i needed I bought this about three weeks ago.... GIRRRRL! If you're contemplating.. GET IT. it turned my yellow corn looking hair to a cooler almost grey blonde, absolutely worth it. ive used it twice and that was all i needed!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too drying This shampoo is ultra drying. It is more drying and hard on the hair than other purple shampoos I have used. You do get the silvery look, but I think it will ultimately damage your hair. I think I would recommend L'Oreal or Redken purple shampoo and conditioner over this one. I bought this in the shops not on the Olaplex store.

Can you use No. 3 on bleached hair, or does it strip the toner? The no. 4p bottle doesn’t mention using it with No.3 like the No. 4 does, so wasn’t sure if No. 3 can be used on bright bleached hair

Hi, if you leave Olaplex 4P in too long is there a way to remove it without bleach? thanks!

How long do you keep 4p on, before using Oleplex 5

I have a client that has been using this purple shampoo once a week to take out any brassy color, we had been working on lightening her hair to go natural grey that she has. Every time I would lift, tone, she would leave very happy, it was beautiful. She would than wash at home with good products and once a week use the olaplex purple. She would come back to my salon and I would see green in her hair. After the third time I asked if she has well water, she said yes. I basically told her to use bottle water and dismissed her. She than went to a “natural salon” and her stylist lifted the hair again but now it’s yellow, green, and purple. The stylist was stumped, as I am. It looked like rainbow hair, terrible. I took a photo of what I used as for bleach color, tone, and olaplex the whole way through every time. Her new stylist is stating that the purple shampoo is what has caused her hair to turn green. Please help me ?? I don’t believe for one second that’s what had happened. I explained

Hi, I have balayage hair so not all of my hair is blonde, I still have a fair bit of brunette shades throughout and wanted to ask whether this toner would still be ok to use? Ive never used toner so a but unsure of how it works but Ive noticed the blonde bits not as blonde compared to when I first got my hair done and wanted to use something to brighten the blonde if possible! Thanks :)

I have long brown hair with warm blonde highlights. I want to keep the highlights warm and golden. How long do I keep the 4p on the hair before it starts turning my highlights to ash blonde?
