Directions
Ensure shampoo and conditioner bottle are completely dry.
Remove cap.
Hold bottle with less dominate hand and REFILLABLE POUCH with more
dominate hand.
Place nozzle into the bottle and squeeze from the bottom of the pouch.
Secure cap back on bottle and pouch.
Available in FINE, MEDIUM, THICK and DETOX, in both SHAMPOO and

Changed formula now it’s makes my back and chest break out
I have fine hair and acne prone skin. I originally started using this shampoo and conditioner because it was non comedogenic and for fine hair. I’m not sure when but they changed their formula and now every time I wash my hair I get acne all over my chest and back. I checked the ingredients when I originally started using this years ago and it was clean I checked again and it now has pore clogging ingredients. Very disappointing because I now have this refill and have to completely discontinue use.

Refill bottle needs to be sturdier
Love being able to buy bulk and refill but our original Ouai shampoo bottle is more brittle than the conditioner bottle- I don’t think it’s going to last being squeezed repeatedly as we use up the refill poich

Best Conditioner Ever
I have thick but fine hair, so it’s really difficult for me to find conditioners that are moisturizing but don’t weigh my strands down! This conditioner has changed my life. It’s been 2 years since I first started using OUAI and I am just as in love as the first time I used it. I typically don’t splurge on hair products but your hair will THANK YOU!!!!

Best Shampoo and Conditioner for Fine (Not thin) Hair
Have fine individual wavy strands and a fair amount of them. Scalp errs on the side of oily but the lengths are a little dry. The Ouai set for fine hair cleanses well without over drying and the conditioner is great for detangling and making the hair soft but not weighed down. Highly recommend!
