Directions
Ensure shampoo and conditioner bottle are completely dry.
Remove cap.
Hold bottle with less dominate hand and REFILLABLE POUCH with more
dominate hand.
Place nozzle into the bottle and squeeze from the bottom of the pouch.
Secure cap back on bottle and pouch.
Available in FINE, MEDIUM, THICK and DETOX, in both SHAMPOO and

Refill bottle needs to be sturdier
Love being able to buy bulk and refill but our original Ouai shampoo bottle is more brittle than the conditioner bottle- I don’t think it’s going to last being squeezed repeatedly as we use up the refill poich

Best Conditioner Ever
I have thick but fine hair, so it’s really difficult for me to find conditioners that are moisturizing but don’t weigh my strands down! This conditioner has changed my life. It’s been 2 years since I first started using OUAI and I am just as in love as the first time I used it. I typically don’t splurge on hair products but your hair will THANK YOU!!!!

Best Shampoo and Conditioner for Fine (Not thin) Hair
Have fine individual wavy strands and a fair amount of them. Scalp errs on the side of oily but the lengths are a little dry. The Ouai set for fine hair cleanses well without over drying and the conditioner is great for detangling and making the hair soft but not weighed down. Highly recommend!

Love this product - perfect for fine or oily hair
My hair has recently become wavy (thank you, Menopause?) which is amazing! But my hair is also prone to being oily with use of 'heavy' products or products that are good at locking in the moisture your hair needs. This is very 'light' - never feels heavy or like I haven't gotten all the product out. No residue to make my hair look oily. And I love the pouch refill. I highly recommend this product for wavy hair that is thin or tends to look oily - it's well worth the price! (I was NOT paid for this review!)
