Directions
Ensure shampoo and conditioner bottle are completely dry.
Remove cap.
Hold bottle with less dominate hand and REFILLABLE POUCH with more
dominate hand.
Place nozzle into the bottle and squeeze from the bottom of the pouch.
Secure cap back on bottle and pouch.
Available in FINE, MEDIUM, THICK and DETOX, in both SHAMPOO and

It smells horrible. My hair smells like a cheap hotel shampoo and not only can everyone around me smell it, it gives me headache. Do not buy. You’ll regret it.

Medium hair shampoo and conditioner
Ever since I started using the conditioner and shampoo my hair has started falling less. It is gentle enough to use every day and makes my hair feel softer and look healthy.
The only wish I would have is that the fragrance of both stayed longer.

Signature product in our home for 5 years
I use all Ouaii products in all my bathrooms. I get so many compliments from my guests about how great the Medium Shampoo and Conditioner are. Everyone loves the fragrance of the Body Wash and Hand Soap. I order the refills every 6 months so my hone is always well stocked.

The best shampoo and conditioner in the game
My whole life I’ve struggled with finding a good shampoo, and ESPECIALLY conditioner until I discovered Ouai about 4 years ago. I have curly hair, so I use the ‘medium hair’ bottle. GUYS… I no longer lose 200 pieces of hair when I brush my hair after my showers. My hair is SO SMOOTH and the conditioner takes out my knots instantly.

Best hair products ever!
I have tried countless high end hair care brands and the moment I tried Ouai, I knew I’d never go back. The smell is incredible, and it brought my hair back to life after postpartum hair loss. I can’t say enough about how much I love these products. The hair gloss is also amazing and smells just as good as the shampoo!
