So Far Pretty Impressed
I Possibly have the worst hair you could think of it’s dry, frizzy thin brittle, certain shampoos and conditioners we may hair down while other ones I feel like a residue on my scalp and my goal is to use this product for the next year and see if it provides a difference. So far so good I love the smell , the packaging & the feel I’m not using it long enough to see a much healthier difference yet I’ll come back in 3mths and update

No difference
My body has been going through metabolic changes and I am loosing my hair quickly and it is thinning the hair I have remaining. I have been using Ouai product everyday on wet and dry hair on my scalp and have not seen a single change. I do love the smell though.

Ive only been using this for maybe a couple weeks so I haven't seen any difference yet but I love all my other products and I'm sure this will work over time. Doesn't leave my hair oily either which is nice

Haven’t used it long enough
Haven’t used it long enough to properly judge, but the product smells good and doesn’t leave the scalp feeling greasy. It’s also slowed down my isotretinoin induced hair loss

I’m not sure if maybe I am allergic or it’s the product themselves but my hair has started thinning in the front and I can see my scalp now. It’s really embarrassing and I have had to stop using all of the Ouai products and am now trying to figure out how to regrow my hair back. If you need pictures I can provide but I’m pretty devastated. I originally bought ouai bc I wanted clean products that still smell good and are salon quality. Idk if the products have affected other black/mixed women with 3c hair but unfortunately this has been my experience. I’ve had to throw everything away. :,(

The OUAI this Serum impressed me!
I used OUAI when it first came into business in 2016 and I never found anything like it since then. I stopped using it due to my financial state but when I was finally able to order some I couldn’t wait to get my hands on it. Back in 2016 my hair was the fullest and healthiest it had ever been. Goi g back to these products has made such a difference. I have very fine and thin hair strands plus my hair is curly. The OUAI Hair Serum smells clean and amazing and I see a difference in my hair already. Keep in mind I do pair the Hair Serum with the shampoo, conditioner, and leave in conditioner. I suggest if you want healthy beautiful soft silky hair please invest in yourself and buy them all as well, specifically the ones for your hair type and fall in love with your hair on good hair days and bad. It’s worth the splurge!

Caused irritation (already prone to
Caused irritation (already prone to dry/irritated scalp) and didn’t help growth, I couldn’t try it long enough because of the pain. I’m hoping it’s a different issue but I can’t continue using it for now
