WHY do you change what is the best? For a few $ in profit?
The old version was incredible!!! The BEST! But companies want to get a few more $$ in profit by changing the product and this is what Shiseido did.....Sad, really. I wonder - if your sales plumet, even though your profit rises - don't you still have a reduction in revenue? Sad you changed what was once a phenomenal product! It is time to "go hunting wabbits" - on the hunt for a new eye cream after THIRTY years of bliss..............

Feels wonderful
I don't have a routine for using it. I use it sporadically, meaning I miss days between applications. When I do use it, I either apply it in the morning or at bedtime. It feels wonderful. I simply don't know when I should apply it.

Why, oh why was this re-formulated? The original formula was absolutely incredilbe, so soothing and moisturising and I always got regular compliments. New formula causes extreme irritation and itching

everything is good just a little question
One of the samples was supposed to be a 5 ml sample of eye cream, but I only received 3 ml. It's not a big deal, just because it's my first time shopping at Shiseido, So I'm a little confused

Favorite anti aging eye cream
My under eye is better and soften after few use. I noticed my wrinkles and dryess are diminished. And Also, my eye area is brighter. I enjoy this eye cream a lot. Definitely, I will purchase it again. gifted by Shiseido.
