Missing parts..
I bought this for my wife for Xmas, when opened one of the parts was missing (not great for Xmas day). I’ve been told the part will be sent but have been offered no sort of refund for the fact we got sent an incomplete package. Shes been using a travel hairdryer as the other one packed up Xmas Eve. Not good service at all.
