Directions
1. Outline your lips with ARTIST COLOR PENCIL EXTREME to ensure maximum hold of your lipstick. Start by drawing the cupid's bow and the center of the bottom lip. Link the outer corner of the lips to the cupid's bow to add volume to your lips. Wait a few seconds until it is sets.
2. You can then add colour to your lips with the same pencil, and finish with a hint of lip booster for extra shine and comfort, or, for more intensity, apply Rouge Artist For Ever Lipstick (sold separately).
