Apply the primer after your moisturizer, as the first step in your makeup routine. Place a small amount on your forehead, nose, cheeks and chin. Spread from the inside to the outside of your face, tapping with your fingers. The gel-in-cream formula transforms into a lightweight perfecting veil on application.
