Easy to use programmes
This is my first LED face mask. Whilst it's too early to see any real changes to my skin (apparently it takes 2 plus months) I like the ease of use. The under eye cooling is nice, but I would like it if the pads were removable so that more LED light could get to my under eye area. I would also like a warning if the battery is running low. A couple of times I have been a minute or two into the programme when it has cut out and I've had to charge and start again later. Perhaps a warning if there isn't enough power to run the full programme you have selected.

What a fantastic face mask!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was kindly sent this by Shark to product test, and what a fantastic opportunity it has been!
From the moment it arrived I felt its luxurious, sleek appeal starting with the chic packaging and little details including a lovely silky bag to keep the mask in.
This is a great example of the high level of quality Shark strive for in their products, it’s attractive well thought out design doesn’t go amiss.
Taking this out the box for the first time and assembling it for use was easy, with good written and illustrative instructions to accompany it. The sleek remote control clearly took you through the options and guided you through.
The charging lead is very short, but the remote control lead is long and that is what you plug in to charge so therefore isn’t really an issue.
My favourite function is the cooling eye mask, it’s lovely and has relieving results. I loved the ability to depuff my eyes with just the 5 minute cooling eye function whenever needed. You can choose the level of how cool you like it and I soon found myself tolerating it colder!
I used the blemish control cycle, I appreciate the countdown timer and ability to clip the remote to your clothing to still move around freely. I don’t have the most blemishes but when I stopped using this I did notice small blemishes appear on my chin again!
It is quite bright and on initial use I did note how it felt a little heavier than I expected, although this was not at all uncomfortable for my head or neck.
It has a slight plane noise which I soon got used to and to be honest it was lovely to have that ‘me’ time when I focused in on these few minutes to myself!
Overall, this is a quality, luxurious product with good results!

Great LED Mask
I absolutely love the LED mask, I can already see changes on my skin. There are couple of things that I think you should consider for the next LED mask. The mask is heavy so when I put it, it makes deep red lines around the nose and under eyes. Not ideal as it takes 20min for the redness to completely disappear which means I can’t use it before stage performance or photoshoot. There is no LED lights under the eyes only the cryo plates, which is amazing, but I still believe it will be very beneficial to have LED lights. If not possible for the cryo plates to be detachable, maybe you can include portable LED under eye patches. I also believe you should have little bit stronger LED lights and maybe include one extra light to make the mask open to more people. Just a thought, if you can do this it will make the mask even more special. See if you can put recorded voice near the ears and maybe 7 min of meditation while people relax and are using the mask. You have done exceptional job with the mask, add little bit extra and you will have amazing sales 🥳❤️

Great LED mask for problem skin / home self care
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the CryoGlow LED mask for just over 8 weeks and I can definitely notice an improvement in my skin.
The mask comes neatly boxed with a pack of chill pads and a lovely white satin feel storage bag. The user manual is easy to navigate and it doesn't take long to charge the device.
The control is easy to use. There are 3 settings depending on what type of treatment is needed ( better ageing, blemish repair and skin sustain). You can also opt for an under eye revive and amend the cooling settings which can get pretty cold.As a cystic acne suffer I opted for the blemish repair. Even after a couple of sessions I noticed my outbreaks looking less aggressive and red. It took a little while longer for old scarring to start to fade a little. Overall I am extremely happy.
The maximum treatment length is 15 minutes so easy to pop on without taking up too much of your time.
The device also logs your progress so is great if you need to look back at what treatments you have had.
The only downside is that there is not an option for multiple users so if someone else was to use it their treatment would be mixed in with yours.
I would definitely recommend this mask for problem skin or even for those who like to indulge in self care at home!

Fantastic bit of kit

I had the chance to try out the Shark CryoGlow LED Mask as part of a free sample programme, and after using it for a couple of weeks, I have a balanced view of its performance.
The Good:
The mask has several excellent features. The battery life is impressive, lasting me a full week on a single charge, which is very convenient for regular use. The fit is excellent, accommodating different face shapes, and the adjustable straps on both the top and sides of the head make it easy to customise for comfort.
I also appreciated the user-friendly remote, which is powered by well-designed software. Navigating through the various settings was straightforward and intuitive. The addition of adjustable cooling pads for the eyes is another thoughtful touch, making the mask more versatile and comfortable.
The Bad:
However, the mask does have a few drawbacks. The interior fan can get a little noisy, which can be distracting during relaxation sessions. The cable design could also use some improvement, as it occasionally gets in the way during use. Additionally, while the LED lights are effective, they can sometimes feel too bright on the eyes, even with the cooling pads in place.
Overall, the Shark CryoGlow LED Mask offers solid performance and some innovative features, but there’s room for improvement in a few areas. If you’re looking for a high-tech LED mask and can overlook the minor drawbacks, it’s worth considering.
