Directions
Apply in the morning and evening. Apply to the face and neck using a cotton pad or fingers. Do not rinse off. Avoid the eye contour and contact with eyes.

Waiting for this to go viral!
This is probably one of my favorite new products from The Ordinary. I use it twice a day after cleansing. It lasts a long time as well and is gentle on the skin compared to the glycolic acid toner. I have noticed a definite improvement with overall glow, texture and softness. I use it before applying hyaluronic acid for day, and before retinol serum at night.

gentle but yet to see any results
its moisturizing and gentle. Beyond that I saw no other improvements in dark spots or fine lines.

Surprising found
I am actually surprised by this product. I have used The Ordinary products for over 4 years and this is my first time writing a review. I don't have allergic reaction using this. Only require a small amount on my skin and it literally felt so soft and moisturized after applying it on my face. My husband was actually shocked by the result. I notice that it helped reduce the shine on my face as well. All in all it's a very affordable and effective toner. To some extent I like this even more than lactic acid serum I have been using.
BTW it smells like fermented bread dough.

My favorite toner
I thought the other toner was great until I tried this one. My skin feels hydrated. I use this toner in the morning and the other toner at night.

Get a better promotion designer
The product is fine but I don't know why your promotions didn't started at the beginning. And the key chain as a promotional item is ridiculous.

Enjoy using this oroduct
I bought this product in the UK in June. I have noticed my rosacea improving whilst using this product. The toner doesn’t leave my skin feeling dry afterwards which is great.

Not for me
Created deep painful and angry pimples. I was so excited to get this product and so disappointed to have to throw it in the bin. I stopped using it for a little while. When I restarted it happened again. Something in it doesn’t agreed with my skin.
