Best balm I've tried
This is leagues better than any wax-based lip balm I've tried. It melts into my lips and dries down into a soft velvety texture instead of staying glossy and gloopy and just sitting on top (though I will say if you prefer a shinier look from your lip balms you may be better off looking elsewhere for that reason). It works wonderfully as a cuticle balm and helps with chapped inner corners of the mouth too. No smell at all, cute container. Super handy!

Mediocre lip balm
Do not notice any difference between this product and any stick lip balm I have used . It’s twice as expensive . The cap is not easy to get on and off.

Nice hydration
Lip balm junkie here. Leaves lips feeling soft and moisturized. Not sticky or too oily and leaves a soft, natural, moisturized look with a barely there feel.

Great balm Terrible packaging
I bought two as I love The Ordinary products. Whilst the formula is great the stiff round shape of the packaging means it’s extremely hard to get the remaining half out. And all most impossible to get out any balm after that. I’ve had to cut the round ‘tube’ in half - and found so much product left inside.
